Gabriel Lococo is a renowned Argentine pianist, composer, and music producer with a vast experience in creating soundtracks and musical productions for various media. He is also a graduate in Advertising and has specialized in creating soundtracks for movies, TV series, and theatrical works.
With a strong classical background, Gabriel has performed numerous concerts in well-known cultural venues in Argentina, such as the Salón Dorado del Teatro Colón, Teatro Gral. San Martín, Casa de la Cultura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Círculo Militar, Café Tortoni, and Teatro del Sol, among others. He has also taken his music to other countries such as Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia, and the United States.
Since 2020, Gabriel has been a voting member of LARAS Latin Recording Academy – Latin Grammy Awards, reflecting his commitment and experience in the music industry. He is also a Cultural Advisor for CECBA RÍO (Brazil-Argentina Chamber of Commerce in Rio de Janeiro).
Among his most outstanding projects is his role as Music Solution’s representative in Argentina, a Brazilian soundtrack production company that has stood out for producing the music for various biblical series such as Jesus, The Rich and Lazarus, Moses and the Ten Commandments, The Promised Land, Genesis, among others.

Furthermore, Lococo has received numerous awards for his work in the music industry. In 2022, he won the Outstanding Legacy Award at the Akademia Awards in Los Angeles, USA. In 2021, he was awarded the Best Instrumental Album at the Arpa Awards in Mexico for his album Gabriel Lococo plays Daniel Figueiredo and the Best Instrumental Album at the Akademia Music Awards in Los Angeles for his album Piano Times. In 2014, he won the Best Trilha Sonora award at the Second Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival for his work on “24200 Cruce Sanmartiniano.” He has also been awarded prizes for his contributions to children’s music, such as the Carlos Award for Best Children’s Work for “Martita’s Dreams” in 2011 and the Estrella Concert Award for Best Children’s Work for the same show. Additionally, Lococo has been nominated for the Carlos Gardel Awards and the Lapiz de Platino Awards, as well as receiving a Gold Medal Award from the Pueyrredón Musical Institute in 1994. From 1994 to 2005, he also served as a jury member of the Pueyrredón Musical Institute. In 2022, he received the Declaration of Social and Cultural Interest from the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires for his album “Temas Unidos.”
